In the passed seasons, the chignon has been placed asymmetrically on the side of the neck. This is a great alternative to jazz up classic trend. The nice thing about having the chignon in the center, is that you can leave your bangs how you naturally part them, and the style is still beautiful. If you don't have bangs, you can part your hair down the center or off to the side for added interest. Enjoy!

Leave the Shine Out

For the past season the focus of matte is strictly seen on your nails. For Spring, one of the trends is Matte hair. Designers are putting the shine on the garmets. They feel it would be too much to have shiny hair too. The trick is simple. Use a dry shampoo on already blow dried hair. Simply brush the product through your hair to dull it. If you don't have a dry shampoo, you could also use baby powder or Surf Spray from Bumble and Bumble (which is available at Mouton's) in the same way.
