About us

Mouton’s Salon opened its doors in 1987 and has grown to be an innovative leader in
cuts, colors, perms, texture, and skincare.  A member of JL Global Media, our staff has
been published in more than 5,000 publications worldwide, with photo shoots taking
place in London, Milan, Miami, Los Angeles, New York, and Dallas.  Our continual high
standard of excellence has earned us a place as a member of the prestigious
international organization Intercoiffure Mondial, which is an elite group known around
the world for being fashion oriented, and professional.

We have thrived in the metroplex for the past 20 years by adhering to three critical
success factors:

Teamwork: 
A true team concept is most important to us.  Working together to better your experience
is crucial to our success.  Our hair designers are salary driven, which is an innovative
practice in this industry.  Without the pressure of a commission based salary, our
designers are not in competition for clientele.  If you can not get in with your designer of
choice, we encourage you to try another one of our team members.

Education:
Our educational structure is based on the idea that we are not asking our hair
designers to fit into a mold, we simply ask for a higher standard of excellence.  This
training includes learning our strong system of color, cuts, perms and texture.  Our
interns are taught to not only look at the technical aspect of cutting to bone structure, but
to also keep the clients lifestyle and needs in mind.  Our educational system does not
stop there.  We encourage our team members to seek out continued education, and to
keep up with current techniques, styles, and trends.  Our hair designers are required to
be annually recertified in all areas of our program.

Customer service is our top priority.  All of our products and services are completely
guaranteed.  We encourage open communication with our customers.  If there is ever
