Her influence has extended far beyond the salon: her work has been published more than 5,000 times, and she has taught thousands of hairdressers throughout her career. Bruce met Teresa six months after she opened Mouton's and became formally involved in the business less than a year later. They were married 11 months after meeting, beginning a partnership that would shape both their lives and the future of the salon. Before joining Mouton's, Bruce's professional experience included grocery-store management, high-end hotel management and guest services, finance, and marketing. Over the years, his responsibilities at the salon have included operations, strategy, marketing, people development, and facility management. Teresa and Bruce have always been equal partners with very different responsibilities. Teresa has remained the creative force, educator, and founder at the heart of Mouton's.
