Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Adjustment Commitments

At Mouton's Salon, our goal is always for you to leave feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely happy with your experience. If you feel an adjustment is needed following your service, we are happy to provide complimentary refinement within two weeks of your original appointment date. We simply ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can schedule the appropriate time to revisit the service with you. Any service requested, beyond the original adjustment or outside the scope of the initial service will be charged accordingly. Because hairdressing is both highly personalized and artistic in nature, there is naturally a level of interpretation, collaboration, and subjectivity involved in the process. For that reason, while we are fully committed to making reasonable adjustments within the two-week timeframe, monetary refunds are not offered for services rendered. Our commitment is not simply to the service itself, but to working thoughtfully and professionally with you to achieve the best possible result.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Mouton's, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We appreciate your consideration in helping us serve all of our guests by providing advance notice if your plans change.

Appointment Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest.

Missed Appointments

Guests who miss a scheduled appointment without notice will receive a $25 no-show fee, which will be applied to their next salon visit.

Repeated Missed Appointments

After three missed appointments, future appointments will require a credit card to reserve your service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. Depending on the time available, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to remain respectful of the appointments that follow.

We Understand Life Happens

Unexpected emergencies occasionally arise. If something outside your control prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
