Cancellation and Adjustment Commitments
At Mouton's Salon, our goal is always for you to leave feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely happy with your experience. If you feel an adjustment is needed following your service, we are happy to provide complimentary refinement within two weeks of your original appointment date. We simply ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can schedule the appropriate time to revisit the service with you. Any service requested, beyond the original adjustment or outside the scope of the initial service will be charged accordingly. Because hairdressing is both highly personalized and artistic in nature, there is naturally a level of interpretation, collaboration, and subjectivity involved in the process. For that reason, while we are fully committed to making reasonable adjustments within the two-week timeframe, monetary refunds are not offered for services rendered. Our commitment is not simply to the service itself, but to working thoughtfully and professionally with you to achieve the best possible result.
