Born in Dallas Texas, Ashley, also known as “Ruthy”, has been with us since 2023! Ruthy chose to pursue the hair industry because it gives her the opportunity to connect with others and inspire confidence in her clients. This is why she chose Mouton’s to go forward with her goals. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her cat and dog, while also playing her violin. Ruthy’s favorite service is blonding, she thinks it is fascinating. Making a difference since 2023!
