Caili Morgan

Caili's connection to Mouton's Salon began long before she imagined building a career behind the chair. She received her first haircut from Teresa at just 18 months old and grew up coming to Mouton's for much of her life. Today, developing her career in the salon that has played such a meaningful role in her story feels like a true full-circle moment.

After spending nearly a decade in technology and sales, Caili decided to pursue her longtime passion for beauty. She graduated from the Aveda Institute Dallas in 2025 and is continuing her professional development through the Mouton's Protégé Program.

Caili enjoys creating beautiful, wearable hair that complements each guest's individual style, features, and lifestyle. She is especially passionate about thoughtful consultations, customized haircuts, dimensional color, and helping guests understand how to maintain and style their hair at home.

For Caili, a meaningful salon experience is about more than the finished look. She wants every guest to feel heard, comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for throughout their time at Mouton's.

Caili also brings her previous professional experience to her work with the reception team, where she helps support guests, salon operations, and the complete Mouton's experience while continuing to develop her skills as a hairdresser.

Outside the salon, Caili is a proud mother to her daughter, Tula, and enjoys all things beauty, fashion, and hair.
