Shae Bogusch

Shae joined Mouton's in 2017 and especially enjoys highlights, balayage, and short haircuts. She feels particularly confident creating bobs and pixie cuts that complement the guest's features, natural texture, and desired level of maintenance.

Guests can expect Shae's chair to feel welcoming, inviting, and comfortable. She wants each person to know they are being fully heard and to feel relaxed throughout the entire experience.

During the consultation, Shae pays close attention to the details of a guest's everyday life—particularly how much time they currently spend, or are willing to spend, caring for and styling their hair. That understanding helps her determine whether a more detailed, higher-maintenance look will be a good fit or whether a simpler approach will work better.

Shae is also careful to discuss how the texture, density, and behavior of the guest's hair compare with inspiration photographs. She believes in being realistic about what can be achieved while still finding a direction that captures what the guest loves about the image.

What Shae values most about Mouton's is the community of guests and the strength of the team. She appreciates how different backgrounds, personalities, and perspectives come together within the salon.

Outside the salon, Shae enjoys time with her family, walks by the lake, relaxing on patios, and long-weekend trips to explore different cities.
