Cara

Cara is part of the management team at Mouton's Salon, bringing more than nine years of dedicated experience to the business. During her time at Mouton's, she has experienced many different seasons of the salon while also celebrating important milestones in her own life, including getting married and becoming a mother.

One of Cara's favorite parts of Mouton's is the strong sense of community shared by the salon's guests and team, as well as the meaningful relationships that have developed over many years.

Behind the scenes, Cara helps keep the salon running seamlessly by managing a variety of internal operations. Her responsibilities include planning and coordinating team education, developing and updating operational systems, and creating internal marketing materials and designs. She especially enjoys the combination of organization, creativity, and problem-solving involved in supporting the salon and its team.

Cara appreciates the opportunity to continue growing alongside Mouton's while contributing to both its daily operations and long-term success.
