Naomi

Originally from San Antonio, Naomi has been part of the Mouton's Salon family since 2016. As a Co-Director, she enjoys building meaningful relationships with guests and helping ensure that every experience at Mouton's feels special.

Naomi takes pride in being someone guests can count on, whether they are visiting for a regular appointment, celebrating a special occasion, or preparing for one of life's most important moments. From coordinating salon events and bridal bookings to assisting with special requests, she enjoys bringing together the many details that create an experience that feels seamless, personal, and memorable.

Her favorite part of her role is connecting with people and making sure they feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through the doors.

Naomi also enjoys connecting with the next generation of beauty professionals through cosmetology-school recruitment. She encourages future hairdressers to find the salon environment that is right for them while helping them recognize the many opportunities a career in the beauty industry can offer. She especially values reminding students that there is no single path to success and that the possibilities are extensive when they find the right place to learn, grow, and build a lasting career.

Outside the salon, Naomi enjoys cooking for family and friends and staying active. She is grateful to be part of the Mouton's team and for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of both guests and future beauty professionals.
