Leslie joined Mouton's in 2024 and especially enjoys creating lived-in blondes, fun haircuts, and complete color transformations. She feels particularly confident working with long layers, highlights, and all-over color services that give a guest a noticeable but wearable change.

Guests can expect Leslie's chair to feel comfortable, upbeat, and fun. She enjoys making people laugh, exchanging stories, and creating an appointment that feels personal as well as professional.

During the consultation, Leslie focuses closely on the guest's needs and desired result. She makes sure questions are answered, expectations are clear, and the guest feels comfortable with the plan before the service begins.
