A Grapevine native with a background in customer service, Kaitlin joined the Mouton's family in 2025. She was immediately drawn to the salon's upbeat energy, welcoming atmosphere, and genuine connection with people.

Since joining the team, Kaitlin has grown in confidence, built meaningful relationships with guests, and developed a deeper appreciation for everything that contributes to a complete salon experience. She enjoys helping each guest feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Surrounded by Mouton's talented and supportive team, Kaitlin continues to learn and grow while becoming an important part of the salon family. One of her favorite parts of her role is getting to know guests and seeing them leave feeling confident, refreshed, and happy.
