Victoria especially enjoys creating long haircuts, teasylights, traditional highlights, and balayage. She loves producing soft, dimensional color and customized haircuts that complement each guest's individual style.

Confident working with a wide variety of hair types and needs, Victoria draws upon her training and experience while also valuing the collective knowledge of the Mouton's team. If she encounters an unfamiliar challenge, she knows she can turn to experienced hairdressers around her for additional perspective and support.

Guests in Victoria's chair can expect an experience that feels relaxed, comfortable, and attentive. Her goal is for each guest to enjoy their time in the salon and leave feeling confident and excited about their hair.

During the consultation, Victoria listens carefully to understand what is—and is not—working for the guest. From there, they can discuss how the hair might better support the guest's needs, goals, and everyday life. She believes a haircut or color should look beautiful in the salon while also fitting naturally into the guest's lifestyle and routine.

Victoria especially appreciates being part of a team that comes together when someone needs support, whether the situation involves hair or life beyond the salon. That genuine sense of teamwork, community, and care is one of the things she values most about Mouton's.

Outside the salon, spending meaningful time with her family is Victoria's greatest priority. She also enjoys homeschooling her children and finding opportunities for the family to spend time together outdoors.
